Phone screening with behavioral questions, I know that there are four rounds that come after it with some technical aspects. The phone screening is exactly what you would expect from one.

Interview in two parts on the same day. Face to face then 45 minutes technical test.
The test is not easy, requiring data analytical skills in short period of time.
