I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Dartmouth, MA) in July 2015
Interview
You have to keep calling them if you want a job. After handing in my application, the hiring manager says he/she will contact you. Dont be fooled, they wont. 2 weeks went by and I didn’t receive a call. I called back to check on the status of my application and expressed my interest in the position. It was then that I was given an “interview” date.

Question 1
What are your availabilities and can you work weekends/holidays?
Interview process was straight forward and easy, she did not ask that many questions. I answered all of them and was offered the job on the spot. We had 4 hours of paid training before starting my first official shift
Was given the first interview and felt good about it then went to another one and the manager there is very uninterested in the applicants. Started to ask me what role I wanted as if I had a choice and I said whatever is fine and she looked unhappy with that answer
Easy and it was very quick. It was in person and it last for fifteen minutes the interview. It was only one interview process to get hired for the job.
