Smooth and confusion free. Teams calls were setup by the facilitator and happened on time. Interviewers were polite and engaging. It was a pleasant experience. Questions were to the point. The expected role was also clearly outlined.

Interview
The company first contacted in the early days of 2018(Jan/Feb). I expressed my interest and then there was complete radio silence.Taking it to be another of those wild calls from HR/consultant, I put it aside.
Out of the blue I was again contacted in March for urgent discussions. The discussion with Sr Management(based out of Middle East) did take place. These went fine and I was pleased with the performance. To be honest, the panel was quite friendly and professional.
Afterwards I got a call from a senior HR rep asking some standard questions. By now one would presume that his candidature has a strong chance of succeeding but now there is again radio silence.
Suggestion to company - If you find a better candidate during your job search, its perfectly fine to go with it but atleast have the etiquettes to inform other candidates. With such a casual attitude, I would be wary of this company.
