I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in July 2015
Interview
Heard back around a month after I applied for the job. Had a in-person interview the next week. The interviewer either already had a candidate she wanted to hire or was just not prepared for the interview. Literally just asked 2 general questions - nothing specific pertaining to whether I would be a fit for the job, and asked her intern, who was in the room with her, if she had any questions for me. I ended up doing the asking. Was told she would get back to me the next week but never heard back. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Interview
Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

Question 1
If you have multiple projects with an upcoming deadline that you know you wouldn't be able to make, how would you handle the situation?
I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
