I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
It started off with a 15-minute HR interview with very straightforward standard questions (why do you want this job? what skills and experiences do you bring to it?). Next, I had an interview with the program director (a doctor in this case) and she was so kind and really took the time to talk with me, it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Next, they asked me for references (4 total), and they each had to fill out a survey, and they all filled it out they also called of them. I haven't heard back yet, but fingered crossed that I get this one!

Interview
Very messy process. Scheduling of the interviews felt very rushed and haphazard, and the interviewer was clearly distracted during the process (texting, looking somewhere off screen, etc). At the end, I was told of the minimum years of commitment required. Only learnt the role had been filled through applicant portal, not through being told by any interviewer.
