Called by human resources, interview set up through human resources, met directly with the nurse manager. interview was standard with basic interviewing questions. have questions of your own. no tour of unit.

Applied for a job, about a month later I was contacted (email) by HR to set up a phone screen. Phone screen lasted 15mins and I was told the hiring manager would reach out to schedule an interview. Interviewed with the hiring manager over zoom, entire interview was about an hour. I was emailed the next day with the information to check references. Once references were filled out, I was contacted 1-2 days later by HR and was offered the job.

Interview with manager and clinical specialist in a separate room. Meet manager first. I am lucky and the manager is great. I had a very pleasant conversation with her. She even tries to help me how to sell myself to the clinical specialist for my next interview.

Interviewed by the office manager, the director of the practice, three nurses, and then I was called by HR, and offered the position. I was offered less money by HR than discussed in the interview. I called the office manager to question the change in what was discussed? She took care of the issue and I was given what I was initially offered.
