      Send email to franchise owner, send resume, get interviewed, discuss job specifics, and begin immediately. The process was quick and efficient. Strong math background is expected. Must complete a lengthy exam that tests high school level algebra and numerical concepts.

      very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.
