I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mathnasium (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
First there was a phone interview to establish how much experience I'd had working with kids. The in person interview then consisted on asking more questions about my experience working with the kids, the level of math I was proficient at and concluded with taking a simple math exam to ensure that I understand the basic math concepts taught to the children.
