Interview
I applied online and scheduled a phone interview for the following week a day after applying.
Discussed my career goals and my experience during the interview then scheduled an in person interview. We talked about the center and what my responsibilities would be. I had a typing test.
It was a frustrating experience because the owner made it seem like I would get the job, only to not answer my call the following week and then message me saying this job was filled but I could be a tutor instead which I was not interested in.

Interview
Introduced myself and went into the back office and answered very generic interview questions while hearing about the position. The interviewer was very nice and professional, talked a lot about personal stuff not pertaining to the interview which distracted the flow of the interview a lot.

Interview
Asked questions about leadership and how I would manage multiple tasks if tutors were not present. They also made me do a maths test, which is high level GCSE maths.

Very streamlined process, met with owner, had a very decent question base to allow me to show off my work experience, would recommend this to potential people that are interested in a job like this
