1 - 45 minute C++ and image processing test and then meet with 2 engineers who will explain the company 2 - Meet with 4 engineers who will explain in more details what the job is, and some technical questions nothing fancy 3 - offer. They don't offer much. I counter offered with a salary in line with industry standards and they refused. Be ready to get underpaid working for them.
