Interview
The first was a phone interview with the hiring manager and then a second panel interview a week later over Zoom. Panelists were people the position would directly interact/ report to.
Had a quick phone screening with the manager, they laid out the next steps fine, but then they never followed up. Later I contacted a recruiter to see what was the deal with my progress, and she called me by the wrong name while promising to follow up with me. Months later I received an automated email saying that the position was filled.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
Screening phone interview, followed by panel behavioral interview, and then one on one interviews with key leaders. The questions in the phone interview were very similar to the panel interview. The panel was friendly and nonthreatening. The questions were hard. Suggest preparing in advance by having specific examples of related experience.
