Interview
Took extremely long. I waited for an answer for about 1-2 months after the three interviews I initially had. Three interviews including: Employee that was currently holding that position, Supervisor, and Director. Everyone was very friendly. The building was extremely filthy but has since moved into a new building.
Questions as expected, nothing that is no expected for the role or unique to the industry. Just do your normal interview prepeation and you will be a ok. You should be on time for each individual interview that you have with each person and you should send each person a nice thank you follow up email to let them know you would like to work with them and with their team and with their company and in that office location

Similar to a typical fortune 500 interview... once meeting minimum job description requirements all depends on the hiring manager. Best bet is to research this person and do your due diligence. Do you see yourself working with this person. Will this person also like working with you?
