I applied for the Management Development Program based on a posting, but when I was interviewed, the recruiter told me mid-interview that the program was full (I don't know why the posting was still active in that case) and this was actually for a warehouse job. Given my education and background, I was way overqualified, and did not apply for the position, yet I continued with the interview. The recruiter was THE most unenthusiastic person to the point where it was rude, and there were a lot of awkward silences on her end. Never heard back, but was never going to accept the job I never applied for in the first place. Careful applying for this office, as they don't care what you actually applied for.

R1 online, R2 in-person, all behavioral, they expect you to ask a ton of questions and a lot of follow up questions when u share an anecdote. u have dinner with them, lunch with them. they have town cars pick u up.
