    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Medibank (Melbourne) in August 2017.

    Interview

Reasonably straight forward as per the application process outline. Procedure included online psychometric testing, an online video interview, an assessment centre at Melbourne office followed by individual interviews. Very large number of applicants with very few jobs. Overall, an inspiring organisation.

    Interview

It was quite a long interview process, there were many interactions with the manager (meetings, phone calls). There were 2 interviews, a case study, psychometric testing and reference checks. A coffee catch up at the beginning and the end. It was a thorough process.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Medibank (Perth, Western Australia) in August 2016.

    Interview

Submitted my application and was contacted for a quick phone interview then sent an email link for a Sonru online video interview. I didn't enjoy the Sonru process, its difficult to reply to questions when there is no body language from an interviewer to gauge how well the interview is going.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medibank (Wellington, Wellington (New Zealand)) in March 2013.

    Interview

Three interviews including a one-on-one with my future manager. The first involved two staff then the one-on-one, then with HR. a long process but worth it in the end. Initial contact took some time but the process was thorough, the interview was difficult but fair, and the interviewers were excellent and very courteous.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medibank (Melbourne) in February 2018.

    Interview

I applied through a recruitment company and was invited for an interview at the Medibank office on Bourke Street, Melbourne after completing various tests through the recruitment company. I interviewed with a member of the HR team, and one of the team leaders. I found the interview, and the company, to be extremely professional, progressive and interested in looking for candidates who want to build a career with Medibank. Once the interview was completed, it was a very quick and easy process to inform me of my success in the process, and to then begin completing the relevant background and reference checks, and to then formally make me an offer. If it weren't for the fact that I had received an offer elsewhere, I'd have gladly accepted their offer, and I encourage others to apply with Medibank.
