Interview process can be straight forward but some of the leadership is a little old school. They rely heavily on traditional project management experience which is not always applicable to the context of you position. Those coming from a "True" start up culture may find the company a bit stale. I hear this place use to be very progressive but it seems that the company has now "Matured" they were recently acquired by a much larger company which makes it hard to keep that "Start-Up" feel when it comes to culture. It feel like a great place to work if you are the type that likess" Status Quo" type of work.
