I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meridian Bioscience
Interview
Multiple phone interviews prior to invitation to in-person interview. Interview consists of full day of interviews with different key people. Each interview seems to have a different focus. Many opportunities to ask questions- some interviewers are more candid than others in providing information about what it is like to work at the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meridian Bioscience (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
One interview in person in my city, standard sales questions. I was called the next day to fly to Cincinnati to meet with the three VPs (Sales, HR and Inside Sales). Interviews started at 8am (5am PST) after flying across the company. HR went out of her way to get me out of my comfort zone and basically dogged me for working at bigger, better and internationally known companies "why would we hire someone who worked at...?" "what do they even sell?". It was like a minor league coach belittling a major league player. The sales VPs were very nice and expected an aggressive sales pitch, which is easy if you can sell.

Question 1
What's the proudest moment you've had in your career?
my advice: use LinkedIn to look up current sales people (not just here, but any company you're interested in) and see the average time they have been (or were with) the employer.
