There is an initial interview with the HR and it will be via Zoom only, which is a good thing since it saves you the hassle of commute. My initial interview only took 10-15 minutes and they asked basic questions such as how did I find out about the company or why I chose my course. Once I passed the initial interview, I had my demo teaching, then a panel interview, which is the final interview already. The panelists were very kind and warm, not really that intimidating.
