A recruiter found me in Linkedin. There were 2 steps for me: 1. Phone Screen with 3 questions 2. Online 1:1 with another Measurement Partner. It didn't have the tight structure. We were just speaking about measurement techniques, my previous experience and so on I didn't receive an offer because I wasn't experienced enough in exactly FB ads performance measurement.
