I applied through other source. I interviewed at Metro Public Adjustment (Bensalem, PA) in Sept 2025
Interview
Unfortunately the company reached out a week before the actual date. I just needed a confirmation for the interview and did not hear back from the HR individual. I think there must have been some sort of misunderstanding or communication. I was really disappointed when I was told during the day I was scheduled for an interview that they hired someone else. I wish them the best with their new employee. (Company other name Dan Jen)

Interview
Great overview of position! Jay was the presenter and very knowledgeable! All things he stated so far have been true. I read some of these reviews and these people apparently don't want to work. This company provides a fantastic service but you have to follow the process that is explained thoroughly to you. I am doing just that and doing well! Thanks Metro!
I applied online. I interviewed at Metro Public Adjustment (California City, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Group Zoom interview which is more of an intro and orientation to what you would be working towards: getting your license as a claims adjuster. Until then you are a trainee who is generating leads for your trainer. I appreciated in the group interview they are equal opportunity and people of color are in senior positions.

Question 1
To provide leads from my friends and family list. Since everyone gets screwed over by their own insurance companies, seems like a good mission to give free training to people and offer free assessments of their homeowner insurance policies and how well they are actually covered in the event of needing to file a claim. The vibes are definitely MLM feeling but I am curious to learn more about how to do this as a side hustle and help people get the most payout from their insurance claims.
