I applied though on-line within a week I got a call for interview then I went for interview ,hiring manager asked some situation based questions n behavioral questions... interview was not very easy n not very difficult they asked about previous relevant experience.
Easy interview process, met with multiple people, was able to ask questions, got a tour of the store and explained what I would be doing if I got the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Holly Springs, NC) in July 2023
Interview
The interview was the easiest interview I’ve ever had! They asked me 3 questions. They were short staffed so I was hired on the spot. Interview took about 5 minutes.
Very casual one on one interview. Moved up within the company to the current position I am at now. It can be hard to get a management position without working there prior. From my experience the store manager is the one to conduct interviews.
