MicroSpec Systems interview questions

Really smooth, and they were quick to respond, and overall a pleasant hiring process. There was first a phone interview, where I was asked questions about myself, and then given some history on the company, and then there was a video interview where I recorded my answers, after the video interview, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview.
