Initial 30 minute phone interview. Basic interview questions, prior experience, behavioral, scientific aptitude. The interviewer was pleasant, not much feedback during interview. Waiting on further updates, was told to expect an email in 3-4 business days.

Phone interview that is 30 minutes where they ask you Microbiology questions, in person interview that is 2 hours with 4-5 people where they make you take a short math quiz. My acceptance offer was revoked when I said I would like to be able to have certain days where I didn't work overtime to be able to schedule appointments and spend time with my family and friends (work life balance) (the normal schedule is 8-5 (45 hours a week) salaried at 41k a year, overtime is expected anytime apparently there are no clear weekends or after 5 time off). They also did, as other reviews state, say in the offer letter I would have to sign something stating to not talk poorly on any review websites or anywhere else about the company. Company does not give the more unfortunate details until you've spent the time on the phone interview, waiting, spent two hours in the in person interview, had 2 employers send in references, and waited another week to receive your offer.
