Interview
An HR briefing, a first level of technical interview with an L64 dev, followed by a full day of interviews with a L64 test, L64 dev, L64 test, L65 test. Then I was called for a 3rd day to be interviewed by a Director (Test) and a Director (Dev). I think they were undecided whether to slot me as a L64 or L65. Finally I was offered a L64 position.

Nothing difficult or unexpected. Overall, the process was very boring. Imagine trying to answer this question passionately, "How would you test Word?, or, "What new features would you like to see in Bing?".
