Mostly focused on my project and System Design. The interviewer was friendly and made sure that I gave my best chance at it. The interviewer might be a little late to interviews some times and they might call you up abruptly to ask to join the interview meeting link.

Explain to me what you made. What is your favourite app In this app tell me about the features that you would like to add. If you were a part of the engineering team of this app, what difficulties you think would you face. How would you have solved those difficulties> Using OS Concepts explain to me how the database in this app would have worked. Explain how you would reduce the cost of profile retrieval for the app using OS concepts.
3 rounds of leetcode medium, 2 questions were very easy, the last one was really hard (it was a binary tree question). They asked about space and time complexity. In terms of structures it was straight forward but the question itself was hard
Behavioural round consisted of "Tell me about yourself and why you wanna work for microsoft and resume screening. And technical interview consisted of 2 LC question 1 medium and 1 easy.
straightforward. directly jumped into data structure and algorithm and then a few fundamental computer science questions especially database management system and operating system then 2 or 3 questions related to resume.
