Applied on website, primitive website. Received call to schedule interview from HR person. Set up time to interview with a mixed group of personnel in company. From having conversation with leaders in the company, they appear to be less educated than many companies I've spoken with. The top leaders sound like they're trying to sound intelligent and forcing themselves to give impression of superior skill. They say a lot of words, but don't sound like they know what they are talking about to the level of understanding what they're talking about.
