Their hiring process is a joke. First they will send you a reject mail after 2 45 min online tests. Then they will say they are interested in hiring you. Behavioural telephonic interview. Coding challenge 1 java script. Coding challenge 2 website development. Then 1 hour technical interview with senior developer. After so many rounds and clearing them, they reject you. They have no feedback to give to a candidate. For a salary of 35k $ per annum, they need a top notch developer. They consider themselves no less than google.

Interview
Applied online. Received an email to a personality and code knowledge assessment. The assessment had broken images (of what I assume were diagrams) for some questions.
After the assessment, was called by one of their HR team for a short behavioral interview (standard stuff, why Miles, discussing past employment.) Said they wanted to schedule a video technical interview, but never responded to repeated requests to schedule one.
I'm sure it's a great place to work, but ghosting me that deep into the process left a bad impression.

I applied online through a job board and next day recruiter reaches me through email and ask me to create a profile on their website and apply through their website. Next day I got an email from the recruiter that I have to give two assessments quiz one is Logical thinking and second is Junior development questions. I complete this on Friday and Monday I get a rejection email.

Interview
I applied to this position on Dice. I was contacted by a recruiter and then took multiple logical assessments. I was then moved to next step which was 1hr assessment using CodePen. You must use AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap to create functionality that markets your skills and includes a list of items which can be updated by the user's form input. I then had a 30 minute phone interview which was not at all technical. I created the application with no issues and implemented as requested. I then received an email the following day saying that I was no longer being considered. There were absolutely no challenging questions and I had no problem creating the application requested in the practical.
I have the education, training, and experience and this position provides training. There is absolutely no rationalization to pass on me as a candidate as the only technical inquiries were passed with no issues. The process was a complete waste of time.
