Worst experience, the recruiter told me that she will get back to me and then ghosted completely. The interview was difficult and went above the time. I definitely would not want to interview for this company ever again, extremely bad experience especially with recruiter communication, they outsource their recruiters.

Application
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Milliman in Mar 2012
Interview
At the beginning, the interviewer asked a few background and past employment questions but they were typical and easy. However, the interviewer seemed lack of interest to my responses and rushed through answering my questions. After I was not able to answer one non-behavioral question, the interviewer found a reason to end the interview. After a few days, I received a decline message. The interviewer didn't show enthusiasm throughout the interview, which was not the same as the nice interview experiences described on Milliman's website. Overall, I am disappointed that the interview experience was negative, but I hope that interviewer was just an exception at Milliman.
After you apply by submitting your resume and cover letter, they send an email inviting you to complete a one-way interview. You get 6 questions and 3 attempts per question.
The company called for interview. But instead of interview, they tookthe gd. I give my best and I can tell I was good but still got rejected. I don't know. why?. I think I was sitting beside the hiring person. So, I don't look at him. I spoke while looking at other members.
