Question 1
Describe a time you had to complete a project without any instruction.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Terre Haute, IN) in Oct 2023
Interview
Was able to talk to representatives at college career fair, and got invited to a first-round interview. Was over video for about 30 minutes and was pretty standard behavioral interview. A little less than a week later got invited to final round interview. Two days; first day was just information presentations on company history/values, the department I was interested in, and culture. Second day was two 30 minute interviews (although I know for others it was three). First one asked some general questions and then shown a cross section of a tool and asked some thought process questions (How do you think this works, etc). Second one was more background-oriented, and more behavioral/teamwork focused. Be sure to mention if you are interested in a particular area, as they will make a note of it. Offer was given via a phone call early the next week.

Question 1
Tell me a bit about yourself? How do you think this tool works? How would you improve it by 20%? When is a time you worked with a difficult teammate?
