Interview
The email I originally received after applying said that if you don't hear back for an interview after a week you weren't selected for an interview. Two months later I got an email for a phone interview. I was really excited because I thought I was out of the running. I set up the phone interview online and researched the company a bit more. That would be a great thing for anyone to do when applying for a job but for this one I found it especially useful to know about the company, what they do(very specifically, download the app and play with it so you know EXACTLY what the company does), and the core values.
The phone interview was pretty straight-forward they asked about why I wanted to work for the company, why this position, what schedule I would prefer, which core value I most identified with and why. I also had a few questions prepared but they were really more appropriate for the second interview because the first interview on the phone is with an HR person. At the end of the interview the HR person told me I would be going on to a second interview and that she would get back to me with a time. Within 24 hours the second interview was scheduled and I had an email confirmation of the time.
The second interview was pretty relaxed. It was in person with two team leads and they asked slightly more technical questions but still not very technical. I think it may have been more to gauge aptitude for technology than anything. They had a couple of role playing scenarios helping customers with really easy issues using products that most everyone knows. Then I shadowed someone for a call, which let me see the job first-hand. They said that I could leave after the first few minutes or stay for the whole call but I stayed for the whole call just to get a feel for things and see what kind of issues they deal with. Within 24 hours I got an email letting me know that I was going on to a final interview.
The final interview took a few days to schedule because the Technical Support Manager has a busy schedule and they had to find a free spot for the interview which was totally understandable. I had the interview a week after the interview was scheduled and it was with the Technical Support Manager and one other person, I didn't catch their role just their name. This interview was much more structured going through my work history from the beginning, even prior to my resume and explaining all of my responsibilities and what I would do on a typical day. This one was actually really hard to read how the interview went and at the end I honestly thought it had gone really poorly and was kind of bummed.
To my surprise the next day I had an email with a job offer, I signed that and received some more emails with more forms to fill out with the last one being a background check authorization and a note in the email that my first day details would be sent to me once the background check is complete.

Interview
Easy forward, great management .
4 steps: phone screening, CCAT test, interview hiring manager and senior manager.
Overall an hour each for the last interviews but quite engaging, cv screening at the end.
