It felt like a cattle call...the person at the front desk was making multiple recruiting calls while me and 4 other people sat in the front office waiting for our interviews. My appointment was at 12:30 but wasn't seen til' 12:55, no apologies for them running late, I was on my lunch break at my current job. The interviewer brought me back to talk at me for all of 10 minutes, she talked extremely fast and tried to explain two different positions to me, didn't even look at my resume, and scooted me out the door. Very rude and cold. It was a waste of time, the PR Assistant position is actually a customer service role and "marketing" position is a demo at a sams club.

Sounded very professional over the phone. Was very leery of interview after checking company out on glassdoor. Arrived at a very small office where two girls were crammed behind a desk doing recruiting over the phone and taking applications. Very unprofessional setting. Interviewer showed lack of knowledge pertaining to the event planning industry. Was told there would be a base salary of 4th but growth would require travel, which wasa deal breaker for me, so I declined the offer.
