The interview was a really nice conversation and motivated me to work for them. The smaller more remote shops locations are usually less stressful than the bigger ones, you’d probably better apply at these.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The main questions were about how would I act during a working day at the shop (what would I do, how zouks I handle a difficult situation…).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monki (Glasgow, Scotland) in July 2024
Interview
Group interview with 5 people and 2 interviewers who worked in senior roles on the shop. Very casual, everyone got a chance to speak but nobody was called on to speak first. Some questions were answered individually and some as a group.

Question 1
Which of the brands values (boldness, friendliness, playfulness, and empowerment) do you resonate with most?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Monki (Rotterdam) in June 2023
Interview
The interview was quite relaxed and there was no specific structure..it was more conversational and to be honest they seemed a bit unprepared. I actually didn't mind that, but I never received a review or any answer to the emails I sent. Not getting back to a candidate's emails is definitely not ok, it requires less than five minutes.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Monki (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was a group interview of 5 people, the atmosphere was nice and everyone was super friendly. It was obviously less formal and very chatty. Make sure to research the companies value and talk about their mane agenda - sisterhood
