Applied online and they reached out via email. They prefer interviewing in person, but if impossible they'll do it over the phone or Skype. Questions are standard, and they are super friendly and open.

Applied on wayup.com. Soon after, I was invited to complete a video interview, next a phone call interview. The day after the phone call interview I was hired. It was a super easy process and although the video interview questions and phone call interview questions seemed daunting, once it was my turn to hire people I realized that we didn't judge anyone TOO harshly on their answers.

They are desperate and will hire just about anybody.
When I first got contacted, they asked for an interview the following week. The interview was via phone call with easy questions about the company and why I would fit the job role. A week later, I was asked for a 1 on 1 interview. The Regional Manager bsically asked if I wanted the job.
