Interview
It was a very competitive process with hundreds of applicants. They had several interviews with different managers. In the end, only a few people from each office was selected. After the training period, there was lots of cuts. After two years only 10 people remained out of my starting class of 50.
A test and psychological evaluation and a role playing call with consultants by phone acting as customers follows by management interviews in person at the office with brokers and managers
