Interview
There are 4 rounds of interview - the first is a 30-min intro call with the hiring manager, the second is a 60-min deep dive with fellow PMs, the third is with 2 higher product executives, and the fourth is a live product case that lasts about 45 minutes

Question 1
If you notice another team in the company that isn’t work optimally or producing high quality output, how would you address it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
No recruiter interview/screening to talk about the job req or my background. Directly set up with a Zoom call to meet with a Product Director, which I assumed was the hiring manager. The interviewer was about 5-10 mins late, which isn't too bad as time does get away from us all from time to time. The interviewer at the start casually mentioned that we only had 30 mins, which was news to me... I wasn't able to ask all of my questions about the team, the direct areas that would be under my direct management/ownership, the current tools used, etc... The whole thing was rushed, I was interrupted more than a few times when answering questions, and the interviewer gave the impression that they had better things to do and/or places to be during the interview as evidenced by them answering IMs/texts during my responses, which annoyed me.

Interview
Applied online, and then received an email to schedule an interview 1.5 months later. Had one interview and was told that I would hear back the following week - had zero communication until I received the formal rejection email two months after the interview. The interview itself was pretty standard, but it was tough that there were months in-between each step.
