Morningstar Mini-Storage interview questions

Simple and straight to the point. Only had two interviews and the decision was made within one week. The first interview was with the property manager and the second interview was with the district manager.

It was relatively quick and easy. During the interview process the manager told me that I wouldn't have to get on the roof. Since I informed him I had a fear of heights. During the first week of work he told me my job for the day was cleaning the gutters. I told him again I was afraid of heights. I quit after that.
