Had a phone call from the employer, asked several questions about work I did, and described the work I would be expected to perform during the internship. The phone interview was 30min long.

Very Conversational. It was running through my resume and them describing the job they had to offer. It then went on to specifics and how I could fit in with their mission goal.

It was pretty light and a lot of behaviorals. Basically just wanted to see if you are willing to learn and see how your skills would be able to benefit projects.

Interview was for an internship position- it was a behavioural interview, situational questions and more personal/getting to know you questions rather than technical. We went through the resume and relevant experience to see how my background would fit with the position.
