I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in July 2016
Interview
I received an email from them one week after I submitted through their website. I had an short online interview. It was done as six questions I had to answer through a video portal. It was incredibly awkward, but none of the questions were hard, but it was very bizarre to talk to no one. I have yet to hear back, but it's just been a few days.
Two virtual interviews then four in person interviews. Being in person felt like a massive waste of time when there were internal candidates up for the role. I’ve interviewed with NBC for a few other positions and was very disappointed with this process.
Made it to first round with hiring manager after phone screening, then the next steps two more rounds after that with sales directors and then an interview members of the team.

Question 1
How have you made decisions with little to no information?
Straight forward interview. I met with HR as well as a few members of the team. First talked through my experience, and then more about how my experience related to the role.
