Pros: None worth mentioning from the interview process. Cons: Interviewers (two product managers) came across as entitled and unprepared. They were unable to clearly explain what the role involved, yet dismissed questions as if already addressed. Poor communication: one spoke with very weak English, the other so softly it seemed more like posturing than dialogue. Overall atmosphere felt arrogant and lacking in professionalism. Advice to Management: Invest in interview training for your managers. Candidates deserve clarity, respect, and a professional dialogue not dismissiveness or confusion.

Very fast recruitment process, communication is clear and you get to meet most of your future colleagues during the interviews. So it gives a good impression of the company and the role. There is an assessment as part of the process, questions are similar to those IQ tests.
