I was brought in to deliver a seminar to the entire department and spent the day touring the facilities and meeting and talking with several senior investigators in the institute

What are your expectations as a postdoc at the NIH
The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
