I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE in June 2016
Interview
I applied online then (I don't know how long after submitting my application) received a short phone call (the phone interview) where I was asked questions related to the Nike brand. A week later, I received another call informing me they wanted conduct an in-person interview. This one was with two managers but it wasn't a group interview like many of the others have said. It was a chill, relaxed environment which put me at ease. They asked questions similar to the phone interview. They were really just trying to get a feel for my character and how I would fit in with the team. The next day I got an e-mail to complete the background check. Be patient. Be confident. You should be good to go!
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
