I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NYU (New York University) (New York, NY)
Interview
As an internal candidate, there was no phone screen. I interviewed with a committee, then was invited to give a presentation before a relatively large group of 10-15 people of different levels in the division, then had additional interviews with leadership.

Interview
This review is specifically for the School of Law. I interviewed for a job here and was put through six rounds of interviews and asked to complete a take home assignment, and was ghosted. In the last interview, the interviewer was disrespectful and asked me personal questions that seemed over the line to me. The process took over six months and it seemed as if they were keeping me on the hook with months between communications and interviews, but I guess not that interested in actually hiring me. I don’t know what game they were playing but it was super disrespectful and I wouldn’t waste your time here.

Interview
Apps submitted online. There was a phone interview and a Zoom interview. They request references. You have to submit often to get an interview there. There was a panel of people and they ask questions. They gave you do a project of some kind. It wasn’t very memorable, although I recall spending more time than I should have on the project!
got to chat with the HR recruiter and had such a great conversation, felt very natural although asking standard questions
hiring manager was super sweet when dropped out of process, offered to stay in touch
