The process was simple and straightforward. It was a a quick interview of getting to know you and what can you do to contribute to the team. Took about 15 minutes.

1st interview was with HR, very quick 5 mins. 2nd interview was with medical director. It was about 10-15 mins. I was not asked to come back for a 3rd interview but they said the 3rd would be a 15-20 min shadow with either a clinician or management person to see my interactions with others.
