The interview process can vary greatly depending on the manager conducting the interview. They will ask general questions about the claims process including investigation, liability and coverage and how these differ in the states being handled by that particular office (the Virginia office covers Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Delaware and DC).

I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was pretty lengthy, but everyone was so helpful and friendly. the process made me want to be an employee even more. Best place to work with an amazing culture and healthy work life balance.
Interview process was ok. Normal behavioral questions with 2 hiring managers. I had my interview a week ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I tried reaching out to the person who set up my interview for status but no luck in getting a response. I read one review where someone said they had the same experience of them going ghost after the interview and I'm beginning to think the same thing with me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Atlanta, GA) in June 2023
Interview
Very pleasant interview. Had two rounds of interviews, first was a 1 on 1 and the second was with 2 managers. Simple behavior questions along with experience questions. I did not get the job, got declined 2 weeks after the second interview. Overall good experience
