Phone screen first, then formal panel interview of hiring manager and non-interested 3rd party from another department. Standard behavioral interview questions and the usual opportunity to ask questions at the end.
Phone Screen with HR then a 2 person panel Interview of 45 minutes. Took awhile to hear after application but got interview right after phone screen. Heard back only from HR.
