Great interview. Met all the store managers. Walk through of benefits and pay. Was informed what was needed and expected of me. Questions were pretty easy. Asked about previous customer interactions, cash register experience, sales experience.

Most difficult question was how would you deal with a irate customer.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
