The process of interviewing for this company is very unprofessional and very long without any communication from the owners at all even when you try reaching out to them they do not respond.

Most of the questions were fairly simple and straightforward.There weren't really any that caught me off guard except maybe the fact that they asked if I had work experience if manufactory .

Interview
Laid back with straight forward questions about the job to be done. Was offered the job the very next business day. After accepting and writing back my confirmation letter with a few requests to confirm details like the hours and benefits (which all were offered and discussed as an option on the original interview) I never heard from the company again. Left numerous voice mails and emails but no response to why the job was offered and then taken back. Very disappointed in the outcome.
