I applied online. I interviewed at Network Rail in June 2023

Applied online and was sent an assessment to do online. This consisted of 5 tests, 1 being a multitask test, another was you had to click when the shapes matched, the other was remember a pattern, another one was click when the dots looked like an E and the last was a personality test. After that it’s a scenario based assessment on an issue occurring on the tracks and then the interview.
