New York Life Financial Advisor interview questions

It was a kind, informative, and easy process with a helpful team member. It is a three interview process after an initial interest phone call. First two interviews are on zoom, and the third is in person.

A casual phone call, was very smooth, an honest and genuine approach worked well. Make sure to look at the job description and refer and relate to that. Then an in person meeting at their office.

It was okay, pretty upfront and honest for the most part except for compensation. Definitely looking to see what the job will look like. Something definitely seems fishy so far, that could also be because they reached out though.

Went through a few zoom calls. Met with managers up in the office and learned about the culture and commissions through those meetings. They kinda leave it up to you to accept the job. It’s not an easy job high turnover. You have to be seriously willing to commit to the process

It was fast and easy .Unfortunately, they did not tell me everything during the interview.next step was getting my insurance license at my own expense and then background check.you don't get hired right a way you need to bring at least3 clients and make commissions for whole life insurance.

The interview was pretty straight forward. They asked very basic questions. They are basically looking for a person with good customer service experience and a good network of people. Overall an easygoing interview process.

3 stage interview. First interview is essentially a meet and greet. Just getting to know you. Second is explain the stages of compensation. The third is clarifying things and the recruiters decision to make you an offer or not.
