Was simple and formal. You submit your resume and fill out application. They'll call within a week and you'll have to take a code test to ensure you know the produce before being hire
It was a simple interview, really nice hiring managers, everyone was helpful and in a great mood despite the 10hr job fair! Basic questions and the manager answered all my questions about the hiring process!!

Interview
interviewer was kind, asked how i am, and asked my interests. Tested memory by saying a code at the beginning, and then asking what it was at the end. She asked if i am involved in school and how my grades were. Asked if I knew anyone who works at the store, friends or family. And also asked my mode of transportation to and from work.
