The interview process felt standard and well-structured, similar to other companies, with coding, system design, and project deep dive rounds. It included phone screens and onsite interviews, and overall the experience was smooth, professional, and positive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nooks (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2025

I talked with one of the managers on the team, then did a technical interview with one of the software engineers that worked there. I didn't pass the interview, so I'm not sure what comes after

Other posts should give you some insight already but according to me, believe people on the recruiting team need some training on not making their prejudice apparent.
All rounds had red flags except recruiter screen. Staffing strategy also red flag. Inexperience & immaturity pretty prevalant in everyone.
